How do I transfer points from an old card to a new card?

Call or visit any Sapp Bros. travel center location 24/7/365 and someone can assist you. You can also call the corporate office between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday at (402)895-7038.

Do my points expire?

Never! You earned them and they are yours to keep.

Can I give my points to someone else?

You may purchase something for someone else using your points in the store, restaurant or shop, but we are unable to transfer points to someone else’s card.

My card was lost or stolen. What should I do?

Call or visit any Sapp Bros. travel center location 24/7/365 and someone can assist you. You can also call the corporate office between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday at (402)895-7038. We will cancel your old card. Activate a new card for you and transfer any points from the old card to the new card.

I forgot to swipe my rewards card. How do I get my points for a purchase I made?

Call the Sapp Bros. location you visited and speak with a manager. They will verify your receipt information and add the points for you.

I have an old Sapp Bros. Rewards Card. Do I need a new card to earn points with the new program?

No, your old card will automatically transition over to the new program.
